Can you explain the difference between the films you offer?

Our cinematic 3-7 min highlight film set to the music. This is the style of films you see in our film gallery. With these films we pick the best moments of the day to tell a cinematic story. We’ll use some speeches and vows to narrate the story, but only the juicy stuff.

These are the films you will share constantly with family and friends.

-Our “Live Ceremony and Speech” edits are documentary style edits. These edits are straight forward edits of the events. We cut between each appropriate camera angle and use all of the natural audio for the ceremony and speeches. These edits are great for watching the event in its full nature just how it happened and include full ceremony, speeches, grand entrances, formal dances, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter.

What’s your normal turnaround time.

Our contract states six months, but currently we average a 2-4 month turnaround time.

Can we customize your packages?

Yes. All of the packages on our website are customizable. For example, you can choose our classic package, but add-on the live ceremony and speech edits.

Do you guys go to the venue ahead of time to look for best shooting locations?

We normally arrive at least half an hour ahead of time on the day of the actual event. This gives us time to scout out great filming areas and become familiar with the grounds.

How many cameras do you shoot with and what equipment do you use?

That depends on the event. Most our packages come with 2 videographers, but we normally shoot with 3-4 cameras for the ceremony and reception. This allows us to get more angles and make a more dynamic footage. We shoot with Sony cameras. We also are capable of shooting your wedding in 4K for an additional fee.

How do we book you?

In order to book us, we require a sign contract and a 20% retainer to reserve the date. The balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding.

Can we buy the raw footage?

Yes. Raw footage is available for sale up to 120 days after the wedding.

Do we have to feed you?

Yes please. We work much better when we’re fed a hot meal :)
